    share price dropped prior to the 60% announcement. and no I didn’t like these low volume drops. Could be an insider from unv selling.

    you gotta wonder - someone is willing to buy unv but doesn’t want to disclose their name ? What could be the reason and would they have offered more than 33.5c?

    i think it was a management buyout attempt without a proper backer in place and they just wanted to buy time to find a financier. Glad asx didn’t allowed these shenanigans.
