    low volume? average daily trade on TER is 185,000. today was 540,000, yesterday was 280,000 and Monday was nearly 900,000 traded, dropped TER share price to 13.5c. volume is too high to be a UNV "insider". a long term holder knows something and is running for the bush IMO.
