DQ has already announced his intention to stand down as CEO of OBM next June, I think.
His job will obviously be completed by then.
if SLR was interested in OBM, why haven’t they have helped in both stages of the recapitalisation?
SLR shareholders also may not be too impressed if they end up paying retail in a takeover after choosing not to buy any at wholesale prices.
My bet is still that a de-risked OBM would fit nicely with RMS ambitions of owning another mining centre, but it really could be anyone.
OBM just feel good clean simple corporate value compared to others listed that may come in play with a willing major shareholder seller.
