Tight register (except for the surprising Regal recent dump but they seem to have liquidated all shares available for trading (remaining are escrowed)), optimism around C-19 vaccine which will revive oil&gas sector, and Mitsui collaboration (yes, we are yet to see the a material financial benefits from it but the fact that Mitsui allows SRJ to keep talking about might indicate Misui's serious intent).
