they seem to have resolved their open tax liability issue with a much lower amount per the settlement so that is a positive
what is less clear is how they are tracking this year and what they plan to do with their 'investment' property portfolio.......has the market recovered sufficiently for them to start selling these off, or are they going to retain the properties (no guidance of current year or plans unfortunately)
