remember brokers should be trusted like used car salesmen, though my experience why brokers put a bUY they want to pump up a stock so they can slowly offload their holdings, when they say SELL they are secretly buying themselves at low prices.
There are dozens of examples where a broker has had a BUY and the stock falls, the opposite is true too.
broker reports are worthless from my experience.
