The valuation is simple.$1.20 takes into account the original value of assets in a best cast scenario and zero dollars takes into account the rent and other income being less than payments to RFM and dividend distribution.
All just IMO.Don't worry about language, worry about the facts. The language was plain speaking without the stinking jargon pump and dump squads put in to seem "professional". Professionalism might sounds like sweet nothings but the dollars and sense (deliberate pun) matter. Bit like a politician talking in platitudes in comparison to actually doing something. I'll go for the plain speaking pragmatist over the glassy eyed do nothing dreamer any day.
