It is BS. I think David has better things to do then talk to Pete on a Saturday afternoon. James Powell is the guy who deals with investors. Amongst other things he told me Independant valuers look at the properties every 2 years. RFF use these as the basis for reporting asset values which are than audited. Agreed Transaction construction was complex and difficult to understand and as complexity attracts short sellers will in the future construct transactions differently. He said RFF will continue to improve productivity for it's tenants if possible. Neither Bonitas nor Bucephalus contacted them to clarify aspects of the accounts. That distributions are tied to the amount of cash (rent ) received.
