Not ignorance, just a basic understanding of math. About double the inflation rate spent on dividends eh, plus the 1% fee to RFM based on the valuation of the company. Is that correct? Don't worry though, according to pistol Pete's recollection of calling up the head honcho we've been assured it's a "cash cow" and to punt up all our money into it (provided it's under 1.80).
A bit odd Pete was told 1.80 was the NTA bargain buying value. Why would people in charge buy over that price? Last week I was told it was a major boon and it was a great choice to be buying over but then reality hits and it's another smashing.
