Difficult to know if RFF (RFM) have seen the document or not .... was that the intent of the wording I wonder?
If they have not actually seen it then what are they commenting on?.
If they have seen it then they are not commenting on it ... so why do an announcement?.... unless RFF always put out an announcement when any broker or research house or newspaper does an opinion piece on them? Is that what they do?
