I can certainly read the frustration in your writing@DoubleL... yet I can't understand your reasoning.
imo ISX have been communicating as well as ASX will allow. They have, I believe, their level best to respond to all Query Letters completely with the exceptions where confidentiality would be breached.
I wouldn't be happy to be proven wrong but would need to accept it if such proof is made - so what is your view of the evidence that gives you such an opinion.
