JK again refusing to cooperate with basic requests of information from the ASX. On this particular item, I feel like the ASX are well within their rights to request this information. A number of posters here have already expressed their concerns over the origins of these resolutions that were apparently 'requisitioned by shareholders'. As a shareholder, I would also like confirmation that the resolutions were indeed initially proposed by shareholders to the Company, and not the other way around. Surely, it would not be too difficult for JK to provide these written requests to the ASX if that is indeed how it played out?
