I have never seen a Company have a problem providing those details to the ASX!!
Of course most requisitions are usually not in the Directors interests whereas in this case the Directors are supporting the requisitioned resolutions!!
I have already posted my comments (Post #:45255489) that the Directors default position should be to oppose these resolutions until full details of an alternative trading platform or other sale mechanism can be provided otherwise it is plain they are not acting in the best interest of all holders.
They are, however supporting them?? How?? (I would have been completely surprised if ASX were not checking these requisitions (and ultimately resolutions) very thoroughly - Resolution 6 & 7 continue to dumbfound me, which is why I currently can't stop following this saga)
Retail holders are currently at the mercy of 2 warring parties, however denying providing information to the ASX is ridiculous.

I do not think that ABT published the requisitions forms (the requisition was requested by the directors), nor do I recall FGF publishing the requisitions forms.

Maybe you could go through all the delisted companies and show us what percentage have published the requisitions forms.
