GL with this situation, I mentioned last year that the escrowed shares need to be factored in as a huge ticking time bomb, I was rudely informed Buddy would be pushing a $1 by now, so it was of no concern.
How did that work out..... considering these people got their shares when the company was valued at peanuts, their buyin is practically nothing, from experience this never ends well.....
