$GCX has a share cap of 185m which actually is not unusual for a company like this. Some might go as far as to say it's on the lower side.
The shares in this announcement are not new, they are existing shares that will be released from escrow meaning they can be traded.
it has a MC of around $15m and a EV of around $13m with $2m in cash. Something like that. These are the metrics that are important imo.
Question is what is a fair valuation for a junior explorer that makes a new discovery of significance. What was $CHN's valuation after discovering Julimar? $WA1 's? Etc. Answer these questions and you'll realise if they find anything significant at Dante, having only 185m shares on issue now is going make current investors very happy.
