The directors and senior managers get 50 millions shares, The remaining 10 millions will own by existing shareholders. I don't think they will sell at IPO issue price. AMX is 40 years old business and has 20% yearly growth, no debt and producing positive cash flow. Plenty of chas for expansion. They just expand their business to US, and Europe and coming up new product. This is just beginning. it is not NEA they have to raise CR every 6 months. imo, the market has completely ignored this one and way undervalued. I am expecting 5-10x bags in 2-3 years.
