Markets are forward looking, I actually don't think there will be a lot of selling pressure as the market has likely already discounted AMX to account for the escrow release, which makes selling unattractive.
Yes there will be some employees who just have to sell immediately due to personal circumstances, but I'm betting this won't have a significant impact on price (maybe 5-10% maximum fluctuation from current price).
I will continue to buy now, because if the Q4 earnings look good and we have moved past this escrow release without significant selling pressure, we could see a significant move upwards.
