    this is the biggest problem with the mgmt team - they don't know how to properly allocate capital. They're thinking buyback, dividend, growth... What they need to do is evaluate what activity is going to produce the highest cash return on investment, and act accordingly. Until they actually solve their capital mgmt & broader corporate governance issues, the assets will trade cents on the dollar
