They haven't lifted enough for people to get fascinated yet, needs to be in the 90s/100s. The dilemma is, do you buy stock now while oil price is still relatively low or wait until it gets high and then buy, by which time the SP will be 20/30% higher, but less risky. Decisions Decisions.
