I think you can assume that the coy is, in fact, about to go higher. I'd expect a new asset to be picked up, and announced, that is quite attractive(or some other bullish event). The stock will go higher....and then, maybe, escrow stock can be sold - at higher prices, when daily volume is considerably higher than the 2mln a month currently traded.

As it is......no fool will sell down to get out of 500,000 to 1mln shares, and ruin the mkt for the other 15mln they hold!!!

Agreed, its a shell, more likely people are buying as they are expecting something good to drop into it. Previous recent examples suggest buying shells controlled by certain entities is a good strategy.
