Just thought I'd mention that the online forms function including the KYC-only pathway is now online on the website: https://www.egi.ellerstoncapital.com/ Took maybe around 10 minutes but could be done in less time.
Over the past week or so there've been a couple of Appendix 3Ys with Director Sam Broughton buying ~1.1 million EGI shares on market - clearly he sees something of an opportunity here even at current prices and discounts. I'd personally prefer a larger discount of >10% to Scheme NAV (and also kicking myself for buying in at ~$0.90 then panicking out at ~$0.85 @ 15% discount).
