Thanks for the heads up. Been waiting for the online form to be up. Same here the 10% discount appears a bit skinny given the current enviroment. Tech stocks in the US at all time highs, and the Dow flip flopping. Unless you hold a massive portfolio and can short the constituents this one is a bit high risk with a 10%. Also whos to say that the KYC condition will be met. There aren't that many substantial shareholders so relying on a whole heap of retailers ...
