I read that a DFS is done when the companies is NOT looking for financing from Banks which require a BFS. Even though there is a 2 week delay, i remain optimistic that ORN does have proven assets, a well experienced management team and a solid board to take this project forward. It will be even more profitable if the funding model excludes the debt finance in my opinion. I am hoping, like many other investors I am sure, that this projects goes ahead as soon as possible dividends can be offered.
