Just be careful of that occupancy stat they are using. It is based on available rooms and almost every hotel has multiple floors closed off as they do not have enough service staff to run a full hotel. So they are definitely near full occupancy for the available rooms but there are no where near as many physical people as previous winters.
Also the backpackers still haven’t arrived which is a huge market for the products EXP have on offer.
Either way it will be very interesting to see the financials for the year. Share price has held up well on low volume so no one seems to want to sell for now.
