I daresay if there are people accumulating at 3.8-4c (almost certain there are), they would be sitting on a pretty large mound of shares already to not be concerned about time left.
Kudos to them, especially if they have more cash to keep soaking up everything below 4c. Would be nice to have the capital to do something like that!
