You do realise you can sell shares even if they are restricted?
Someone who posts simple minded like yourself might not realise that, so you are probably wondering how?
All you have to do is short the same amount of shares say a year ago and cover them today when the escrow is released. I do this every time a CR is undertaken, i short sell the shares before i even receive anyand i close both positions when i get the shares.
