    I don't know the back story to these 40million ordinary shares that are in escrow. I assume it relates to insiders from the time of IPO. Please correct me if I"m wrong.

    I doubt management will be selling anything in the near term, so I'm not concerned. If there was for some reason, a big dump, however, I would be looking to buy up more at anything less than $.05.
