Performance shares are not transferable, don't confer any right to vote, don't confer any entitlement to a dividend unless and until the applicable performance milestone is achieved and the performance share converts into ordinary shares.
So can't be traded on the market until $20 million gross revenue is reached. I'm not sure why everyone is thinking they can be dumped on the market on 14 July.
