Another reason why it may be premature in bedding down agreement between DS & Biota is the uncertainty of who funds the LANI prevention trials (US Govt or Biota)... that would impact the final split between DS/Biota.

There are other flu partnerships out there which might give us some guidance.

Permavir - Biocryst/Shinogi (Biocryst being the BARDA recipient) and Favipiravir - Toyoma Chemicals/US partner (US partner being the recipient of DTRA funding).

Wonder what their arrangements are.
