There are possibly another 87.5m shares coming out of escrow in the next 18 months, to bring the total to 245.7m.
It's a waiting game now: Live Offer is still being developed and shall become available over the next month or so. Once some hard figures are released, probably at the end of the quarter (?), the market shall have a clearer valuation for this one.
