So the 2.19mil and 6.70mil here are ordinary shares issued as part of the acquisition that were escrowed for 12months, and the 12.6mil are the 12 month escrowed component of the all performance milestones 1, 2, 3 and 4 (totalling 21mill). Seeing milestones 3 and 4 haven’t been reached I assume this means that as soon as they are achieved the perf shares are released immediately. Just noted that performance milestone 3 isn’t 10,000 paying subscribers, it’s actually 100,000 paying or free subscribers. It will be interesting come end-FEB or mid-MAR to see if the founders sell any?
