Agree with the sentiment with hold or sell, but don't sell at a low price where you are selling yourself short. Sell high!!!!
Remember this is a seller's market, there are more buyers than sellers.
If you sell cheap the only thing that is going to happen is that the big buyers will come in and swoop all the bargains. If you are going to sell out of a valuable position of potential, make sure you make them pay.
If buyers don't like the price, simply hold.
