1. Shultz isnt the new CEO he was a director, he quit, changed his mind and said hes back.

2. There is no CEO. XPE has three directors, one that is meant to be an impartial chairman. The other two founding members that have had their shares escrowed for 2 years unable to sell. As forced measure from the original RTO. They collectively now only own 17% of the company (maybe) but they couldnt sell until now and now they can. Its a LOT less than was the original deal but the whole mess has diluted them out the wazoo and left them a LOT worse off than they thought they would be....

3. The escrowed shares were founders shares, that were for them giving their tech to xpe it was always assumed that was their payday. But im betting they assumed it would be more of a payday when they could sell out of escrow. but no they didnt actually "pay" anything for them.

4. The escrowed "payday" shares are actually over 250 million in total. Shultz actually has 140 mil of them woods 113 mil.

5. Like a bunch of other companies on the asx the crypto nonsense seemed to always be just more catch phrase, keyword nonsense. There has never been anything solid to connect it to crypto and that aside, its so far from the actual tech this company was supposed to actually be doing that it never made sense and should always ring alarm bells. But its always seemed that way. Its like the company was originally designed to make ADRC and release it to the world and has spend years doing everything possible to NOT do anything with ADRC.

6. The top 20 shareholders does not mean they are "significant" shareholders. there are1.5 BILLION shares on issue here again now. So only someone over 75 million shares would be significant and need to announce. OR a director. The ONLY 2 significant shareholders ARE 2 directors. Lekkas is no longer a director and with only 30 mil (ish) IF he was one of the dumpers, there is no requirement at all to announce he sold. In fact other than releasing a top 20 shareholders there is no real legal way for it to be announced if it was him. (and if it was I would be even more worried. one reason I always thought there was a small chance of salvation was he would not go down with a sinking ship. IF it was him getting out I would assume its completely toast). Saying that. a top 20 could only be done AFTER the shares had settled. So any share changes done yesterday would not show up until tomorrow and todays the day after. Three days for director selling..... So you wont find out until end of week whats REALLY going on, IF you ever do. XPE had always been especially cadgey about announcing top 20s at very specific times.....

7. A LOT of what you seem to think is completely incorrect and much else just not quite right. Its not really your fault as its all a bit convoluted but you REALLY need to do some better research as the information you are basing your decisions on (to buy more at 0.5 now down 20%) is actually not right. You need a lot more accurate research and maybe a coach to teach you this game because youre going to get buried by the sharks if you continue to try and do this when you dont understand it 100%....

Just an opinion. But a LOT of people here really need to wake up a bit and do a lot better research and get some decent mentors.
