It doesn't mean that these are additional shares being issued does it?? We currently have 302M shares on issue, I'm assuming that won't change.
If my understanding is correct, it shouldn't affect the SP the way a CR would, but there will be a lot more selling given that a certain percentage of these holders will want to cash out so there should be downward pressure on the SP. Just how much downward pressure shall be revealed...

Correct, there is no dilution as these shares are already part of the company’s capital structure.
Additionally, I believe a large percentage of these shares are held by Directors.
