Listed too early? Hasn't this company been in operations for ages?
Looked to me like funding dried up in the US and the only way for seed to exit was via IPO in Oz. Any talk of a new business model would simply have been to pretty up the offering to sell the listing.
Oz spec investors will pretty much forget all previous history in a company if the right flashy bullish presentation is put in front of them.
