What worthwhile assets are you talking about? The algae oil technology is clearly worthless, the neutriceuticals were clearly not commercially viable, the fish feed sales seem to be zero, and they have a patch of land with some dead weed on it with no permit to do anything with it.
It seems they finally ran out of people who could be convinced that their assets were worth investing in. Who would pay anything for proven failed business ventures? In the extremely unlikely event that anyone actually does want any of these failed projects, they will pay almost nothing for them and use them themselves, not as AEB.
Hypothetically, if they do get funding, yep, we can be pretty confident that they will be back to this situation very quickly.
