    Can someone please tell me:

    Do these escrow shares get added to the Shares on Issue?

    For example: 57 million escrow shares + 91.3 million shares already on issue = approx. 148 million shares on issue after 4 May 2019. . . ?

    This would give a LARGE MC rise.
