So - IMO - opinion only, is what you have here is the escrowed shares that previous directors held became available and they dumped them hard on the open market. Hence the massive volume and the big decline. I tend to think more volatility is better, bc we've have calm volatility for a while.
I think after the licence come you could see parabolic movement up similar to November 2017 and the big dumps down.
I still value this company above one bill if it can get the licences going shortly after the election and GROWING product.
