Its very dodgy behaviour by management, you know things are bad when they go to these tactics to get money, like trying to entice retail investors (because they can not get sophisticated instos to buy) so they try to cap raise with retail investors, and put announcement out that management participated in cap raise but dont include how much, going to be interesting when the filings come out to see how much they actually bought.
