I have the same, or similar view. The upsides of the company haven't changed. The application of an export licence is a good signal for strategic goals. The ODC has time frame of 30 days for processing export licences as a guide. Everything may seem like it is going slowly but to me, after flipping through the announcements for the last 18-24 months, it is happening quite quickly.

Having a CEO on the MCIA board is also a benefit for the business.

Thanks Oscar, your post answered my question. I didn't necessarily think the man licence would be approved, just wondering the possibilities why it won't during caretaker period.
