Any idea of the Revenue and EBITDA KPI's they had to hit regarding the $4M in shares @.055. Going to be line ball onw would think unless another contract hits before June lol...
This is the only other dilution event. Seems to me some people have been confused by escrow issue.
Did the company ever lodge another 3B clearing up the issue of the performance shares that were issued in 2016 I believe these were cancelled.
