    Found it in the half yearly. So potentially another 75 Million shares to be issued. SO all up looking around 875M shares fully diluted.

    They had $9.5M revenue FY17 and KPI of $11M two years later. Hardly exponential growth IMHO and ALC has paid a pretty hefty premium when they took it over I guess.
