Well, there are 2 million more shares available to hit the market. The owner will only sell them if he thinks it to his advantage to do so. More importantly for the owner, if we get a whopping great announcement he/she would be able to sell down for some profits with them whereas in escrow he could not. That does not mean they will hit the market straight away. After all, there are already roughly 400 million shares that can do that if their owners want to sell them.
