Question? Was the placement at $0.14 or $0.07? If the shares are issued at 0.14 for $4.5m, but then Invion is required to pay half of this back to Cho Group as a 'contribution' ($2.25m, look at the announcement fine print) then hasn't Cho more or less received a bundle of shares for 0.07?? Looks like amazingly good spin, but is my maths right? Anyone agree?
