Just thought I would give an interesting observation so far (might not have enough data to confirm)
We know ~75% of the 100M shares released on 14/2/22 are held by the directors and management of the Company, or their nominees.
So with this announcement ~25M shares are from long term holders who could exit for a very nice profit.
With this I decided to grab the average trading volumes for,
23/12/2021 - 11/02/2022 = 531,320
This was the time when the share price started to move up after the dust had settled RE the Tattarang news
14/02/2022 - 28/02/2022 = 499,486
Post Escrow being released
01/03/2021 - 28/02/2022 = 594,574
Year average
Just to summaries my interpretation of this,
Trading volume would be increasing if these long term holders were selling (trying to exit and flooding the sell side) however not only is the volume down but currently there is 283,247 units on the sell side.
So one can assume the majority have not sold out and are hanging around.
This is just an observation I thought was worth discussing.
