As per agreement from IPO listing. Escrow shares have a agreed date to be released, thats it ! Luckily 75% are held by director's and close associates.
I would imagine once big announcements drop and when we start to see some big volume, that IMO is when ( if they choose ) the other 15% would pick to sell there shares.
As for director's selling any, well that would need to come in another ASX announcement. And I do not think at this end of the game that will happen.
