Funny you should mention that Riccus, I sent Greg an email (see below) and got a very quick response. Unfortunately it said " We always announce to the market information as soon as it is appropriate to do so, and will continue to do so. I am well aware that the market would often like to know more, but until there is something that we can announce, there is nothing more that we can do."

I would have thought the 5B from earlier shows that things were not announced.

As a long term Eden Energy holder I wanted to touch base to see if we can expect an updated time frame for the UK gas sale/JV ? The market and obviously holders are fairly annoyed with the ongoing occurrence of missing self broadcast timelines.

Whilst I do appreciate that shareholders are not privy to all the background workings I believe that shareholders would certainly appreciate being given (where reasonable) an update on progress and a realistic timeframe for signing.

Communication to shareholders and the market will not sell product or fast track JV deals but it will help appease frustrated shareholders. The recent Appendix 5B is a classic where some proactive communication would have avoided some negative sentiment and perhaps even helped the share price.

Also, can we expect a sales update for Opti-Blend before the next quarterly and has their been any contact with Shale Energy regarding their shares and what they intend to do now they are out of voluntary escrow? As per our last email communication, I am well aware of ASIC rulings and that you cannot divulge any price sensitive information.
