so forget about the ex price of the MRQOA's, if they were all exercised they would add if i'm right another 90,408,077 shares taken from the 20th Aug 2015 3B
So that would take the SOI to 1,706,408,077 plus the $6,160,000 from the MRQOB's and then $13,561,211.60.
So if all oppies were converted the SOI would be 1,706,408,077
There would be an extra $19,721,211.60 in the bank
The current MC of $37m seems cheap to me even if the MRQOA's are exercised, which I don't think they will be, well 97% sure they won't be
