Hi, can somebody shed some additional light on this announcement please, particularly who has entered into the voluntary escrow agreement and can we expect a sell off after control of the shares are re-obtained? As I understand whoever owns the shares in voluntary escrow may be able to dispose of the shares, if they wish, after this Thursday. Could this perhaps be why we are seeing a very, very slow and patient accumulation without much change to the SP.
In other words, the patient buyer is awaiting for these shares to be released as they are expecting a sell off or disposal of at least some of the escrowed shares?
I think potentially we could see some very liquid trading from Thursday onwards.
