I think they're hoping the US side comes through. I'm wondering whether OPY will ever get back to its float price. To make matters worse, it's less than half the price of the most recent capital raise. They must feel like the guy on the wagon trying to calm the crowd, who have circled around yelling that the Disallowed they've bought doesn't work.
